Stephan came and sanded my 1955 original hardwood floors in my livingroom, diningroom and hallway. He had to work around a disabled woman, 2 teenaged boys, a dog and a cat. Stephan refinished floors in my mother's 120 year old home in Syracuse. The floors had been covered with several different linoleums for at least 100 years and were in rough shape. I never thought they could look so beautiful. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work excellent. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants exceptional work done at an affordable price!

Very professional our floors were the original floors when the house was built 60+year ago the floors were so damaged some boards had to be replaced also made up a custom stain and I love them..
